孝順
"There is an ancient Chinese story which is very popular among Chinese. Once upon a time, there was a family of a grandfather, a father, and a son. The father did not take a good care of the Grandpa. When the Grandpa died, the father was so stingy that he took the Grandpa’s dead body out with a broken basket. When the young boy saw it, he told his father:” Dad, please don’t forget to bring the basket back. It is still useful.” The stingy father was very happy to hear what his little son said. Then he asked his son what he would use it for. His son answered:”I will re-use it when you die."
The definition "filial piety" includes the responsibility of each person to respect their parents, obey them, take care of them as they age, advise parents, and of course to love them. Loving one’s parents and offering them respect. A relationship with parents must be centered on love and respect.
This includes if they happen to do something wrong, so wrong that it affect ur family..
ur dad gambles? drinks?
but is he still your daddy? is he still the one the give u part of ur life? will u be here in the world without them(your parents).
BUT for exception :: i think those who doesnt repent & continue without considering what they have bought for their families. i think it's time for them to learn a lesson.
i'm confused and at the same time, feel sorry for those who are left alone during the cny.. for me, i wont bear.
i'm sorry.
and i'm truly learning to cherish my family more n more.
and that's the old saying " you will nv know what happen tml " - you nv know how long you can be ard to take care of them, or if they're still ard for u to take care of them. so yeah, cherish every little time. that's all.
